Sales and Returns Policy
We take great care when packaging items to ensure that they will arrive safely. Should an item be damaged, please contact us at info@northendgallery.ca or (867) 393-3590 within 48 hours. Where possible, we will ship a replacement product to you at no cost; otherwise, we will promptly refund your payment including shipping charges.
Delivery times can vary. Shipments within Canada usually arrive in 1-2 weeks. Deliveries to the U.S. can take 1-3 weeks, and international orders may take up to 2 months. If you would like to inquire about courier (UPS, Fedex) rates, please contact us at info@northendgallery.ca or by phone at (867) 393-3590.
Customers are responsible for all duties, tariffs, customs, brokerage, and other import charges.
Canada Post is currently on a rotating strike. We will continue to ship orders but delivery times may be longer than normal. Please contact us for courier options and costs.
For our US customers, prices shown include current tariffs so shipments should arrive without any further charges owing. We are continuing to work with our shipping partners to facilitate the best options we can at this challenging time.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number (please check your spam folder as sometimes emails end up there).
If you are not satisfied with a product, please let us know within 14 days of when you received it. If the product is returned to us in its original condition, we will be glad to exchange it or offer you store credit for the amount you paid less all shipping charges. We are not able to do cash refunds; however, credits have no expiry date.
Many of our products are one of a kind artworks. In the unlikely event that your selection has sold in store prior to us receiving your order notification, we will contact you to discuss other options or to process a refund.
