  • It was 1955 and Jim was off to the Yukon Territory. This move led Jim to his true passion, that of gathering, recording and promoting Yukon history, especially through his favourite medium of painting. Jim's caricatured historic buildings have become a staple of the Territory. In recognition of Jim Robb's magnificent contribution to Yukon culture he was awarded Canada's highest honor "The Order of Canada" in 2003.
